Support and Service Representative

Headquarters and production facilities are located in the North of Germany where more than 160 different dental materials are manufactured and marketed to over 100 countries around the globe.

In 2000 VOCO successfully entered the U.S. marketplace. To meet the continuing demand for our dental materials in the USA, we will hire an additional 3D Print Support and Service Representative for Charlotte, NC (Indian Land, SC).

Mission

Job tasks include:

• Operate 3D printers and print customer cases
• Troubleshoot equipment and software issues
• Conduct end-user online training
• Keep track of the company’s capital equipment and event calendars
• Function as support to the department director on various projects
• Assist the Digital  Sales Department
• Follow up on leads

Profile

2+ years customer service, training/education, sales or a related field of experience

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Excellent over-the-phone customer service skills

Adept at diffusing high-stress situations

Excellent follow up skills

Have a deep understanding of the customer experience

Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate resources while meeting deadlines

Strong organization and communication skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficient with 3D design software and MS Office Suite (emphasis Excel/Power Point),

3D print and dental lab experience are an advantage, but not required
